Plastic extruder is on the basis of absorbing west Europe advanced techniques and our companys experience in machinery manufacture and flat thread fiber production during many years. It can be used in various flat fiber forming conversions of thermo plastic such as PP, HDPE, LDPE etc. The line has the performance of top yield, good quality of flat thread fiber, high intensity, low energy consumption. The line uses frequency conversion governor micro processor controller, one touch screen etc. for controlling temperature and speed more precising.

The extruder screw pot which is specially processed using quality steel designs special mixing smelt more larger L/D ratio. The extruder screw pot has the performance of good plasticity, low extruding power. We apply advanced double net change filter, advanced hot drawing oven, advanced decreasing noise techniques and principal technical index of line reaches international advanced level.
